OUR EDUCATION PROGRAM CONSISTS OF

  1. SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS

    A) MARY WANBO SCHOLARSHIP FUND (MAWASCF)- EACH YEAR WE SPONSOR UNDER-PRIVILEGE STUDENTS FROM OUR COMMUNITIES.

    ELIGIBILITY

    To be eligible for the scholarship, the student must meet these criteria.

    • STUDENT MUST BE IN GRADE KINDERGARTEN -GRADE 9TH

    • STUDENT MUST RESIDE IN THE COMMUNITY OF THE SCHOOL IN WHICH WILL HE OR SHE WILL ATTEND.

    • STUDENT MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION

    • STUDENT MUST BE IN GOOD ACADEMIC STANDING

    • WEEKLY ATTENDANCE WILL BE VERIFIED

    • PERIODIC PROGRESS REPORT WILL BE NEEDED

B. BLEEDEE TUE ACADEMIC EXCELLENT AWARD (BTEA)- IS AN EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM THAT IS AWARDED TO STUDENT WITH HIGH ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE.

ELIGIBILITY

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS SCHOLARSHIP, THE STUDENT MUST HAVE AN AVERAGE GPA (95%-100%)

THE STUDENT MUST BE IN GRADE 7TH- 12TH

STUDENT MUST RESIDE IN THE COMMUNITY OF THE SCHOOL IN WHICH HE OR SHE WILL ATTEND.

C. ELLIS ARCHIE TUE QUIZZING/SPELLING BEE COMPETITION(EATQC)

IT IS AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM THAT BRING SCHOOLS FROM OUR COMMUNITIES TOGETHER TO COMPETE FOR THE EATQC TROPHY AND A CASH PRICE EACH YEAR THROUGH QUIZZING AND SPELLING BEE COMPETITION. SCHOOLS WILL BE ASKED QUESTION IN THESE SUBJECTS: CURRENT EVENTS, MATHEMATICS, SCIENCE, SOCIAL STUDIES, LANGUAGE ARTS AND HOFA GOLDEN QUESTIONS

THIS IS AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM THAT PROVIDE TRAINING FOR ADMINISTRATORS, TEACHERS AND STUDENTS THROUGH WEBINARS, WORKSHOPS AND ONLINE COURSES AND SEMINARS EACH YEAR. CERTIFICATION WILL BE AWARDED AT THE END OF THE TRAINING.

PARTICIPATING INSTITUTION MUST SIGN A MOU

KAY WILLIAM WANBO ESSAY COMPETITION (KWWEC)

IT IS AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM THAT BRING TOGETHER STUDENTS IN OUR COMMUNITIES TO COMPETE IN AN ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION EACH YEAR AND CASH PRICE IS AWARDED TO THE WINNER.

ELIGIBILITY

STUDENT/PARTICIPANT MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO COMPETE IN THE
